Cancellation Policy

Your business is valued and I appreciate your cooperation with the established policies.

Notice when booking online:

To minimize potential No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations that do not allow enough time to book another guest, a credit card on file is required for all new appointments. Your credit card is not charged unless the Cancellation Policy is not honored. 

Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

Booking is By Appointment, therefore traditional walk-in's are not an option though we encourage an inquiry as we may have availability. 

 In the event you need to cancel/reschedule, a 24-48 hours notice is required.  Any last minute cancellations or changes that occur without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of  50% of the reserved service.
